This project located in Joshua Tree, is about a two and a half hour drive east of down town Los Angeles, California. It is in the high desert north of Palm Springs. Elevation is approximately 3500 feet above sea level. This project was an Architectural Record award winner for 1990. “The Monument” won a 1st place award in the vacation and summer home category.
